When Is Predator Badlands Happening in the Timeline?
Recently, Dan Trachtenberg, the director of Predator: Badlands, spoke to IGN, where he confirmed the timeline in which Predator: Badlands takes place. According to him, a lot of things were happening when they were making the movie. Alien: Romulus was not out yet, and they were aware of Alien: Earth happening. So, to make sure that nothing collides with each other, Predator: Badlands takes place in the distant future in the Predator timeline. In his comment, Dan said- So, with that being said, it is now confirmed that we don’t have to worry about the timeline of Predator getting messed up because of the massive time gap between the last movie and Badlands. However, since this flick is being considered somewhat of a reboot and its apparent connection to the Alien franchise, there are strong prospects of a future Alien Vs Predator movie.
