Complete The Forge Race Tier List
There are a total of 16 races in the Forge, where each one boasts unique traits, and with better traits, the rarity increases as well. So the top-performing races, Archangel, Angel, and Demon, have the lowest drop rate and belong to the top due to their effectiveness in The Forge. As we go down the list, the races become less valuable and come with more drawbacks than utility. Yet, as a beginner, you may start the forging journey with such races in the mid or lower tiers and slowly work your way up to the top ones. So, here is a ranked tier list for all the races in The Forge:
S Tier Races in The Forge
The S-tier races dominate The Forge all thanks to their unmatched mobility, huge damage output and lifesaving passives. These combinations can complement any build. With such powerful traits, these races can outperform most other races both in surviving tough encounters and mining better ores.
A Tier Races in The Forge
The A-tier races are strong and reliable picks that excel in most of the builds. While they might not be as overpowering as the S-tier ones, they can provide huge stat boosts, damage buffs, and defensive value that stays consistent throughout the game.
B Tier Races in The Forge
The B-tier races are situational but still powerful with the proper playstyle. They can provide solid buffs; however, some of their drawbacks prevent them from reaching the better tiers.
C Tier Races in The Forge
Races in the C-tier work in beginner builds and provide you with a decent stat boost. These are generally outperformed when you unlock higher-tier races later in the game. These races can function well in the early stages, but are not optimal for sticking to.
D Tier Races in The Forge
The races in the D-tier also offer a decent early game value; however, they quickly get overshadowed by the races in the upper ranks. The bonuses offered by these races are mild and inconsistent with time as well. Therefore, you may not have a good time even with the best gear.
F Tier Races in The Forge
Finally, the F-tier is reserved for the weakest race in the game, the one that you start with, that is, Human.
