The Winter Holiday Part 2 event in Pokemon GO was released on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, and will be available for 5 days. We have listed the start and the end times below.

Once the event ends, you will no longer be able to take part and obtain the rewards.
Pokemon GO Winter Holiday Part 1 Date and Time
The Winter Holiday Part 1 event in Pokemon GO was released on Thursday, December 18, 2025, and was available for a week. Part 1 event has now expired, and the Winter Holiday Part 2 event will take the spot.
Winter Holiday Part 2 Event Bonuses
The Event Bonus for the Pokemon GO Winter Holiday Part 2 is themed on hatching costumed Pokemon from eggs. The odds of hatching a Shiny Stantler wearing a holiday outfit and a Shiny Dedenne wearing holiday attire will be increased. You can get 7 km eggs by opening the gifts sent by your Pokemon GO friends. Not only that, catching event-themed Pokemon in the wild might give you items such as Fast TMs, Charged TMs, Silver Pinap Berries, Golden Razz Berries, and Rare Candy. There are some additional bonuses based on the Winter Holiday GO Pass. New Pokemon Debut
During the Winter Holiday Part 1 event, you can encounter a Winter Attire Sudowoodo and a Winter Attire Charjabug. Both of them were already available in the game, but a new costume has been added for them in this event. If you are lucky, there’s a high chance you can encouter a Shiny Winter Attire Sudowoodo and a Shiny Winter Attire Charjabug in the wild. Aditionally, make sure that you evolve your Winter Attire Charjabug into Winter Attire Vikavolt using 100 Grubin candy. However, it can only be done when you are near an active Magnetic Lure Module.
