How to Heal in Arc Raiders
After crafting the healing items or purchasing them from Lance, you can keep the health items in your loadout. To do so, drag the items like Bandages or Vita Shot from the bag to the quick use slot. You can have more healing items in this slot depending on your bagpack. During a raid, hold the ‘Q’ button and select the healing item. Now hold the fire button to heal yourself, or the alt fire button to heal the humans in Arc Raiders. Yes, you can heal allies and enemy players. However, you can use healing items directly from the backpack as well, without keeping them in the quick slot. But for that, you must open the loadout by pressing the inventory button. Once you are in the bag, click on the healing item, then equip it. Moreover, there are items like Bandages and Herbal Bandages that you can craft while in a raid.
