To get a pet in GTA Online, you’ll need to first purchase a mansion. Los Santos features three of these luxurious properties, so be sure to compare their prices before making a decision. Once you’ve got the safehouse, go into the living room where you’ll find a Catbed sitting on the table. Interact with it to purchase a cat. Similarly, you’ll need to interact with a doghouse to purchase a dog, which can be found in the backyard area across all three mansions. After buying a pet, you can give it any name of your choice. You can also pick between various breeds and colors, all of which are priced at the same amount: $15,000.
