From Moosewood, take the Magical Train and interact with it to reach the Northstar station. Upon arriving here, head straight and glide your way to the next small island called the Glacial Ridge. Make sure you don’t step into the icy-cold water, or you will freeze to death. On the Glacial Ridge, head towards the first igloo on the left. Push your way through the small entrance, and you will get inside. Here you can buy the Frost Moon totem using 5000 bells.
