All Zibai Talents and Their Priorities
ZIbai completely scales off DEF and EM. Her elemental skill sends her into the Lunar shifting phase, which allows her to deal Geo damage with her normal attacks. Doing normal attacks in this phase builds a stack that enhances her Skill to Spirit Steed, which then does a big chunk of damage. While Zibai is in the party, all Hydro Crystallize reactions are converted to Lunar Crystallize. The Lunar Crystallize damage scales on her base DEF. Due to her passive, having other Geo characters in the team increases her DEF, while having other Hydro characters increases her EM. Crit Rate: 70% Crit DMG: 160% DEF EM ERR: 140%
Although Zibai doesn’t particularly have specific stat goals, you will need to prioritize as much Crit Rate, Crit DMG, and DEF as possible. Ideally, having above 70% Crit Rate and 160% Crit DMG should be good enough. For her ERR goals, she only needs around 140% to burst every rotation in her best teams.

The best weapon for Zibai will be her signature weapon, Lightbearing Moonshard. When we look at alternatives, there are very few options around as she scales completely on DEF. The best 5-star alternative weapons for Zibai are Uraku Misugiri and Light of Foliar Incision, both of them having very high Crit stat. Other than that, you can also use the 4-star F2P Nod-Krai Craftable weapon Flute of Ezpitzal, which is a DEF scaling weapon. The 3-star weapon Harbinger of Dawn is also amazing on Zibai, if you can maintain her health over 90% in the fight at all times to get the Crit Rate buff.

Here are the best team comps for Zibai in Genshin Impact: Zibai has very limited team options. She heavily depends on Illuga and Columbina, both of whom are necessary to bring the best out of her kit. For the 4th slot, you can put Zhongli, C6 Gorou, Chiori, or Xilonen. In case you don’t have Columbina, then you should use Furina, Aino, or Xingqiu instead. However, the overall damage output would reduce significantly.
Best Zibai Kit Rotation in Genshin Impact
Zibai is an incredibly easy character to play. Her Elemental Skill sends her into an enhanced state. After that, she can use her Normal Attacks to charge her enhanced Skill to full power. Finally, use her enhanced Elemental Skill at max power to deal maximum damage. Swap In > Burst > Skill > Normal Attacks (until fully charged) > Enhanced Skill > Swap Out > Complete team rotation > Repeat For her Elemental Burst, it doesn’t really tie into her normal rotation. What you can do is use it at the start of the rotation after swapping in, or at the very end before swapping out. Doing it at first would give you enough time to recharge it for the next rotation.
