Devil Hunter Updates and Patch Notes Full List
Since its official release, Devil Hunter has gone through multiple updates that made changes to the content and performance. With every patch out, developers share the original patch notes in the ‘updates’ channel on their official Devil Hunter Trello and Discord. While the update dates for Devil Hunter are not set, the continuous fixes are consistent. These updates also bring new fiends, quests, and contracts to the game. That said, here is the list of all Devil Hunter updates and patch notes so far:
Update 30/1/2026 New Fiend: Cosmo Fiend Description: An omnipotent being born from the terrifying fear of the cosmos Gimmick: Can You Handle Halloween? Every time the player successfully lands a skill they gain a halloween aura, charging this aura grants the user a radius passive called “Can You Handle Halloween?” which works similarly to fear from type soul. Standing near the player without hitting them forces you to lose your mind applying a screen VFX that reflects the feeling of being on LSD. Once reaching a high enough insanity play an animation showcasing players losing their mind. (Z M1) Halloooween?: With strong a swipe of your hand release the energy of the cosmos knocking back anything around you in an instant. Also launching misc pumpkins that explode on contact. (Z M2) All-Out Halloween: Player reads their book, within this instance their eyes will begin to glow and a circular field will show around them, if hit it’ll stun the attacker for a prolonged period of time. (X M1 / M2) Delayed Scare: M1: Throw pumpkins forward that are able to latch onto 10 people and last for 2 minutes. These pumpkins can also rest on the ground and be exploded on touch / command as well. Throw 9 Total Pumpkins. Reference: M2: Snap your fingers triggering all pumpkins on players exploding them in an instant. (C) HALLOWEEEEEN!: Shoot out a beam (first gif ) that lifts the opponent into the air (second gif) slamming them into the ground then pulling them towards you into a throw away (C M2) Guess What Day It Is!: In a dazzling moment throw a pumpkin that lights up into a bomb that explodes into the sky hitting players within a radius for about 2 seconds before a final explosion. (C Block Variant) Trick or Treat: Activate Passive after filling 5 bars. This will give you access to the Gimmick halloween aura that gives people in your radius the halloween distortion effect for 5 seconds every 30 seconds. His power sources known as “Gun Fragments” have been scattered across the map and are guarded by powerful fiends and devils. Destroying these fragments weakens the strength of the Gun Devil, making him vulnerable to damage. Remember his fragments regenerate and will return make sure to be on guard and wary of them. To avoid a true defeat he’ll scatter himself into smaller versions looking for a contractor deserving of his power, track them down to obtain the Gun Devil Contract. To his brothers the gun devil may gift you his fragment giving you secret powers. Overworld Elo Feeling powerful? Test your self in the overworld fighting against other players defeating enemies, building your reputation. Climb the ranks to earn a position within the TOP 250 competitive player base. At the end of February players holding the top 10 positions with receive a TITLE Special Division Creation: A new division creating system has been added, allowing creators to create their own Special Divisions. Earn division ELO as a collective by killing other or winning raids. The Special Divisions placed within the TOP 3 globally will unique division titles at the end of February Banks: Yes we’ve heard your complaints and have finally implemented a banking system allowing you to transfer items across ALL character slots. Banks can be found within faction bases and are used to safely store your items. New Human Content: Gun Contract: Obtainment: After defeating the Gun Devil, locate one of his weakened forms within the city. He may offer you a contract. Only one player is guaranteed per raid, with rare chances for two or three. M1 Move: “Bang” M2 Move: “Bombardment” Block Move: “Rain” Aerial Move: “Arise” Fortune Contract: Obtainment: Challenge the fortune devil to round of Rock Paper Scissors see who can overcome the tests of fate. M1 Move: “Fortune’s Curse” M2 Move: “Fortunes Blessing” Eternity Contract: Obtainment: Successfully satisfy the Eternity Devil within his Raid. Time is on your side, or maybe it isn’t. M1 Attacks – Unique combo with forward momentum. Running variant when sprinting. Critical Attack – Uppercut that launches and can mark for Rush. Gang Violence: Faster, larger hitbox. Rampage – Super armor charge into knockback punch. Marks for Rush. Gang Violence: Faster, larger hitbox. M2: Pummel – Grab into 3-hit combo then launch. Picks up downed enemies.Gang Violence: Faster grab, larger hitbox.* Brutalize – Grab, leap, slam with AOE shockwave. Auto-rushes to nearby hit enemy. Picks up downed. Gang Violence: Faster grab, larger hitbox. M2: Gang Violence – Increased size/speed/damage/defense/max HP. Enhances all skills. Drains Rage over time. Beatdown – Two-hit lunge. Backstab resets cooldown. Feintable for grab bonus. Gang Violence: Faster, larger hitbox. M2: Seismic Toss – Grab, spin, hurl into ground with ragdoll. Gang Violence: Faster grab, larger hitbox. Gun Fiend [EPIC] Ranged fiend with sharp projectiles. All projectiles ricochet. Skills have Overcharged variants. M1 – Single ricochet shot. Hold M2+M1 for 3-round burst. Both apply Death Mark. Death Mark – Hit enemies are marked and targetable by Critical. Critical – 5-round homing burst. Hold M2: Single beam sniper. Overcharged: Guardbreak beam. Death Mark Execution: Homing shots to all marked targets. Assault Rifle – 2-round homing burst. Overcharged: 3-round larger burst. M2: Aerial Assault – Jump and rain 6 bullet volleys with ground explosions. Overcharged: Larger hitboxes. Bullet Hell – 360 spin firing 18 projectiles with HyperArmor. Clears stuns. Overcharged: Larger projectiles. M2: Bullet Rain – Aim then call artillery barrage creating persistent damage zone. Overcharged: Larger zone. Hardscope – Charged guardbreak shot with Super Armor, ricochets. Overcharged: Faster, adds knockback/force roll. CONTENT 4 GREATSWORD ABILITY Skycrusher – Leap skyward with brute force, then crash down in a crushing impact that shatters the ground and sends enemies flying. Bisection – Lift into the air off the first sweep then sweep right back down. Two Elegant clean sweeps with large range Perfect Kill – Two handed bisection cut, you hold it slicing through your target slow wind up, fast execution Beheader – One handed thrust downwards , should be fast – short windup unlike normal greatswordskills (if you hold, it does it twice) 5 FIEND ABILITIES Running Downslam – Super armor sprint into two consecutive slams with knockback. Lotus – Grab into 5 rapid kicks then slam with AOE shockwave. Picks up grounded. Piledriver – Grab, leap, head-first slam with AOE. Missed grab does kick. Picks up grounded. Crusher – Grab into overhead throw with ragdoll. Missed grab does two-stage kick. Picks up grounded. Double Punch – Two punches, first marks for Rush, second knockbacks. Feintable for grab bonus.
