Ella Purnell Was Drawn to the Comic Aspect and World Building of Fallout

Beebom’s Entertainment Editor, Anmol Sachdeva, had the opportunity to interview the cast of Fallout Season 2. There, he asked Ella Purnell about the contrast between her apparent personal opinion on gore and being the lead in a show like Fallout. To this, Ella replied by clarifying that the notion of her not liking horror and gore is not exactly true. She just does not watcha lot of it and prefers to watch comedies almost exclusively. When she read the script to Fallout, it sounded more comical to her, and she absolutely loved the world-building in place, which became the reason for her to be drawn to the show. Now, it would be an understatement to say that Lucy has gone through a lot since she ventured into the wasteland, and surviving in such a cruel world changed the best of us. So, reflecting upon that very theory, Anmol went ahead and asked Ella if we would see certain changes in the character of Lucy in a similar way we did in Season 1 as a result of the Ghoul’s influence. To this, Ella was rather cryptic but did reveal something rather unexpected. She stated that Fallout Season 2 starts not too long after Season 1’s conclusion, and now Lucy is a bit fed up with the Ghouls’ shenanigans. Following this, Ella reveals that after witnessing everything she has and everything that will go down this season, it would become hard for her to hold on to her golden rule.
